Meeting for Sunday, 10am

Greetings from the Transition Team:

This Sunday morning we will be having an important community meeting at 10am at Kidd Springs Rec Center. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss in detail our proposed timeline for the next few months. In the next few months we'd like to take the following steps:

1. Vote as a congregation to call Courtney Pinkerton as our pastor for the coming 12 months. (More details on length of the call on Sunday morning.)
2. Agree as a congregation on a nominating committee to select a board of directors.
3. Agree as a congregation on the organization structure of the church (which will inform a revision/ approval of new bylaws).

All of these big decisions will be discussed this Sunday and we will distribute a document that outlines the steps and the proposed timeline.
