Sarah Jane shared generously helped us craft 2 documents for our long-term board going forward. These documents, a Conflict of Interest form, and Board Commitment form, are pasted below. Please post your thoughts/comments/concerns in the comment section below. We are also planning to discuss these documents this coming Sunday, May 17.

Just to make clear, we consider these two documents part and parcel with the by-laws. Being on the board or staff requires specific commitments.
